12 Days Desert Tour From Marrakech To Marrakech

Day 1: Marrakech Airport Pick Up

Today we are meeting you at the airport for pick up. Our Guide/Driver will meet you at the entrance of the airport Menara holding a paper with your name in it. After meeting him/her, you are driving to your Riad for the night.

Day 2: Marrakech Guided City Tour

Today you are exploring Marrakech Medina with local guide. You are starting your exploration at 9 am. Visiting different historical sites of the Medina. After you are done the local guide will show you a restaurant where you can enjoy your lunch. After lunch, you will have free time for the rest of the day to walk around the souks and discover more by your own. Now back by your own to your Riad and be ready for tomorrow trip.

Day 3: Marrakech –  Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah – Ouarzazate – Dades Valley

Today, our first day of the trip start will warm welcoming. Your Guide/Driver will pick you up from your Riad at 08:00 am then start driving toward the High Atlas Mountains, passing the Tizi Ntichka pass 2260 metres above the sea. You will have chance to stop for pictures of the windy road of the pass. Driving with joy and e explanation of Berber culture and traditions with your Guide/Driver will be an amazing experience you will ever try in your life. Arriving Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, Now you are going to walk to the historical site to explore the past of the berber ancestors and back to Lunch time. After an hour of break for lunch, you drive to the hollywood of Africa Ouarzazate city where you will visit the very known Atlas Studio where many different movies was shot. In case you are interested you are able to buy the ticket and go with a group leading you the guide of the site. After you are done, you are driving to Dades valley passing through the rose valley where you will have chance to stop for pictures. Arriving your stay in Dades Valley for the night and wait Tomorrow come.

Day 4: Dades Valley – Todra Gorges – Erfoud – Merzouga

Today, you are driving to the very wanted destination, Golden dunes of Merzouga. Before the dunes you are passing through the Todra Valley for pictures and drive to the Todra Gorges to walk and discover the place with your guide/driver. Now back from the todar Gorges driving to lunch time in Tinjdad. After an hour of lunch, you are driving through different berber villages along the way. You are stopping to discover and have some information of the old Irrigation system. Drive through the Capital of dates rfoud city. here you will have chance to stop explore the fossil sites or musuems. After 30 minutes, you are now in the dunes ready to drive by Jeep to the camp where you will spend your night under the stars with berber music around the campfire.

Day 5: Desert Tour Day

Today, You are waking up to watch the beauty of the morning enjoying the sunrise. After breakfast approximately at 10:00 AM, you are now starting your beautiful day with new trip discovering the desert. Today we are driving to visit Family nomads then head to the mountains to explore mascara remain mines. After Two hours or an hour and half of discovering the area, we drive to Khamlia village to enjoy and immerse in the bambara music. After the Bambara music, we are driving to lunch time. After an hour of enjoying lunch meal, we are driving again to visit the lake and from the lake we drive to the oasis. After we are done from the desert tour, we drive to meeting point to ride the camels among the dunes toward the camp. After arriving the camp you will have the opportunity to stop in the top of the dunes to watch the sunset. After the sunset you ride your camels to the camp for the night.

Day 6: Merzouga – Ziz Valley – Cedar Forest – Ifrane – Fes

Today will be the longest day to arrive our destination Fes city. You are passing through the Ziz valley where you will have stop to stretch and take some pictures of the panoramic view. After this short stop you drive to cross the middle atlas mountains to arrive Midelt for lunch time. After enjoying your lunch, your are driving to cross the cedar forest where you will stop to feed the Barbary monkeys and have some unforgettable moments. After 20 minutes, you are now in th Switzerland of Morocco Ifrane where you will have some short time to discover the city by your own and have pictures with the famous sculpted Lion of the city. Now we are driving about an hour and half to Fes city where we will drop you off at your  Riad for the night.

Day 7: Fes Guided City Tour

Today, you are starting your guided city tour with local guide. Starting at 9 am heading to visit the King Palace and the Quarter Jewish, then to the Panoramic view of the whole Medina of Fes. Now back to explore the ceramic site. After enjoying your time with friendly people in the Ceramic View, you are driving back to explore the hidden maze souks of the Medina. After getting lost in the maze of the Medina with your local guide you are coming back to your Riad and the rest of the day, you are discovering the surroundings by your own. Now spend your night peacefully at the Riad.

Day 8: Full Day In Fes Medina

Today will be dedicated to explore more about Fes by your own.

Day 9: Fes – Volubilis – Chefchaouen

Today, we are driving to visit Volubilis, the Roman Ruins. After Volubilis we drive directly to the bleu city of Chefchaouen enjoying the views. Now we are in Chefchaouen dropping you off at your Riad and you will have to discover the city by your own for the rest of the day and have dinner choosing your restaurant.

Day 10: Chefchaouen – Rabat – Casablanca

Today, after have your breakfast peacefully, we drive to Rabat to visit the Hassan Tower and the Oudays Kasbah. Lunch in Rabat. After lunch we drive to Casablanca for the night at your accommodation.

Day 11: Casablanca Short Tour – Marrakech

Today we drive to visit the biggest mosque in Africa and the only mosque non-muslims can go in. After discovering the hidden Moroccan architecture of the mosque, we drive to the panoramic of the mosque for pictures and explore the beauty of the Casablanca beaches. Now, we drive to Marrakech dropping you off at your Riad.

Day 12: Marrakech Airport Drop Off

Today is the last day of our adventure, after discovering the desert and its golden dunes and the panoramic landscapes of Morocco, we are driving you to the airport and say goodbye. Thank you.
