5 Days Desert Tour From Marrakech To Marrakech

Day 1: Marrakech – High Atlas Mountains – Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah – Ouarzazate

Today, our first day of the trip start will warm welcoming. Your Guide/Driver will pick you up from your Riad at 08:00 am then start driving toward the High Atlas Mountains, passing the Tizi Ntichka pass 2260 metres above the sea. You will have chance to stop for pictures of the windy road of the pass. Driving with joy and e explanation of Berber culture and traditions with your Guide/Driver will be an amazing experience you will ever try in your life. Arriving Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, Now you are going to walk to the historical site to explore the past of the berber ancestors and back to Lunch time. After an hour of break for lunch, you drive to the hollywood of Africa Ouarzazate city where you will visit the very known Atlas Studio where many different movies was shot. In case you are interested you are able to buy the ticket and go with a group leading you the guide of the site. After you are done, you are driving to your hotel for the night.

Day 2: Ouarzazate – Draa Valley – Rissani – Merzouga

Today, you are driving to the very wanted destination, Golden dunes of Merzouga. Before the dunes you are passing through the Anti Atlas Mountains. Arriving the largest valley in Morocco Draa Valley for pictures with explanations about how berber life is in the Draa Valley. Now we continue our way driving among the berber villages and acacia trees to Rissani city. Arriving Rissani for short tour then drive directly to the golden dunes of Merzouga. Now we are facing the dunes, we drive by jeep to the camp for the night.

Day 3: Desert Tour Day

Today, You are waking up to watch the beauty of the morning enjoying the sunrise. After breakfast approximately at 10:00 AM, you are now starting your beautiful day with new trip discovering the desert. Today we are driving to visit Family nomads then head to the mountains to explore mascara remain mines. After Two hours or an hour and half of discovering the area, we drive to Khamlia village to enjoy and immerse in the bambara music. After the Bambara music, we are driving to lunch time. After an hour of enjoying lunch meal, we are driving again to visit the lake and from the lake we drive to the oasis. After we are done from the desert tour, we drive to meeting point to ride the camels among the dunes toward the camp. After arriving the camp you will have the opportunity to stop in the top of the dunes to watch the sunset. After the sunset you ride your camels to the camp for the night.

Day 4: Merzouga – Erfoud – Tinjdad – Todra Gorges – Dades Valley

Today, we drive to our new destination among the grove palm trees crossing Erfoud city where we could have a stop to discover the fossils. After Erfoud we drive through the Irrigation system to explore this old UNESCO heritage site. Driving again to the next destination Tinjdad for lunch. After lunch time, we are heading to Todra Gorges, arriving Todra gorges then walk for a while and explore the beauty of the limestone mountains of the site. Now we are driving againg to Dades Valley for the night.

Day 5: Dades Valley – Skoura – Ouarzazate – High Atlas Mountains – Marrakech

Today is the last day of our adventure, we are driving almost the same road crossing the high atlas mountains to Marrakech. Arriving Marrakech and dropping you off at your Riad. Goodbye with kind regards.
